ScaleFlux AI is a brand operated by Ridwan Holding LTD ("we," "us," "our"). We operate the website scalefluxai.com and provide AI automation services and tools for businesses, including chatbot applications registered with Meta/Facebook. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website, our chatbot, and any tools we connect to on your behalf.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to provide our services:

• Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you send us through forms, email, or a booking or discovery call.
• Chatbot conversations: when you or your customers interact with our chatbot on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or our website, we process the messages exchanged, along with the basic profile information the platform provides (such as name and profile picture), so the chatbot can understand and respond to the conversation.
• Information from Facebook and Instagram: if you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, and only after you explicitly authorize our app, we access the permissions needed to send and receive messages on that Page's behalf. We use this access solely to operate the chatbot service you requested.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, gathered through standard analytics to help us improve the site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our chatbot and other services;
• Respond to messages and communicate with you and your customers;
• Manage the Facebook and Instagram messaging you've asked us to handle;
• Keep our services secure and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. How we share information

We only share information when necessary:

• Service providers: trusted third-party tools we use to run our business (for example, hosting, analytics, automation platforms, and Meta's own APIs). They may only use the data to perform work for us.
• Legal reasons: if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Any use of data obtained through Meta/Facebook follows Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. How to delete your data

You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To do this, email youssef@scalefluxai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," and we will remove your data from our systems, and revoke and delete any data obtained through Facebook or Instagram, within 30 days.

You can also remove our app's access at any time through your Facebook settings: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at youssef@scalefluxai.com.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
